Start by wrapping a measuring tape around the circumference of your head, just above your ears and eyebrows. Where the tape overlaps is your measurement.
No measuring tape? No problem! Use a piece of string to mark the overlap, then measure the string.
Use the size chart to find where your optimal tactical helmet size should be.
Also, don't worry if you choose the wrong size. We offer an easy exchange policy!

Great Hard Hat, wish it came all assembled

I was so excited to get my Kevy Slick, customer service did a fantastic job getting it shipped out to me as soon as it was ready. I was a little disappointed I had to completely take out the headgear and re-install the “Chin strap” adaptable headgear. Also it was not compatible. I had use my own Velcro to hold it in place to fit my head comfortably. It also seems like the headgear is a little small. I ussually wear a large headgear so my hard hat sits low. This one seems to sit high which takes some getting used to, but other than those two issues it’s very good.

most comfortable, lightest (probably) and slickest type II on the market.. and Made in USA. Way better than the type 2 rock climbing helmets.

It’s always nice to support American made especially when the comfort and quality is this great. Will be buying one for my whole crew in the future because they are that good.

1. One of the things that drew me to it, is the unique detail, especially where the two materials blend (kevlar & carbon fiber), & mine has it on both sides, love that! 2. It's a much darker green than what I was assuming it to be, I like that! 3. It fits alot more comfortable than I expected. 4. Customer service has been top notch with any questions or concerns I've had, & they communicate well as a team to get things resolved quickly, thanks HHV & Kevy Safety! 🫡🪖

Best looking class 2 hard hat on the market!!

Love the slick design and sleek look. No more bicycle looking helmet for me! I’m still getting used to the headgear and the different adjustable mounting points but I’m loving it! 5 ⭐️
