Watch Video: How to Measure Your Head

Start by wrapping a measuring tape around the circumference of your head, just above your ears and eyebrows. Where the tape overlaps is your measurement.
No measuring tape? No problem! Use a piece of string to mark the overlap, then measure the string.
Use the size chart to find where your optimal tactical helmet size should be.
Also, don't worry if you choose the wrong size. We offer an easy exchange policy!

Fantastic piece of kit!

Yes, this is a $330 hard hat. Yes, it’s worth every single penny! If I could afford to buy one in each color, I would.
This hat solved a handful of problems that I was having with my standard hard hat. Plus, the ability to mount whatever lighting system I want instead of the crappy proprietary light setups the big-box manufacturers offer that are mere afterthoughts.
It is also a point of pride for me to have a product of this caliber made by an American company here in the States.
If you’re looking for a quality hard hat that is not your typical plastic junk, you absolutely need to consider the Kevy. If it’s within your means to buy one, do it! If not, save up for it. You won’t regret it.

Nice, light, and rugged! Great customer service

I recently got my Kevy hard hat and I am thrilled with the fit and finish. It’s light and feels good even with a hat on. The removable and washable pads are also nice. The customer service is top notch, I had a problem with my shipment and they got back to me immediately even at 10pm to resolve my problem. The only downsides with this hard hat are the inability to remove the straps if not needed without cutting them and (on the green and tan models) not very sticker friendly. Overall I would recommend this hard hat to anyone that’s looking for something around the price.
