Start by wrapping a measuring tape around the circumference of your head, just above your ears and eyebrows. Where the tape overlaps is your measurement.
No measuring tape? No problem! Use a piece of string to mark the overlap, then measure the string.
Use the size chart to find where your optimal tactical helmet size should be.
Also, don't worry if you choose the wrong size. We offer an easy exchange policy!

Almost perfect

I got my new Kevy hardhat a couple of weeks ago. I really like it. It’s light and fits really well. My only complaint is the Velcro patch holders on the helmet don’t really stick to the hard hat very well. The one on the back is already peeling off. I could literally peel them right off if I wanted to. Also as a Union sheet metal worker, I like to put stickers on my hardhat and nothing sticks to the coating on the hardhat. Other than that, I really like it. I’ve got a lot of compliments on the job site.

I've been working in construction for 16 yes ever sense I got out of high school. I've always supported the man and women in this military. I ran across this company a wile ago showing of there helmets. Then kame kevy safy. I said why not give them a shot. I've spent the money on a very expensive hard hat you all should know I did not like it so I went back with my old trusty msa. I've been using the kevy safety hat now for almost a month........ I fing love it... it's comfortable works for what I do witch is dirt work running heavy equipment shoveling hand work laying pipe. It is a bit heavy but you get use to it. This company has a life long customer !!
