The HHV Tactical Face Shield provides blunt impact, and ballistic/fragmentation protection for your ATE ballistic helmet or ATE bump helmet. They mount directly to the ATE M-LOK slots for a secure bolted connection to the tactical helmet. It includes a full face riot face shield and a half-face shooter's shield that are interchangeable. Allowing the user to swap out face shields as a situation dictates. Each shield is anti-fog & scratch coated.

Face shield was extremely easy to install and I’m glad I made the addition to my helmet set up.

Does its job.

Very high quality, so long as it's carefully cleaned with water first then a soft cloth it remains scratch free for a good while. Eventually started ripping the mounts off of my Kevy Hardhat even with some spacers which is unfortunate, but it's mostly cosmetic damage from what I can tell. Still feel confident that it'll protect me. Adjusted well, anti-fog holds up under extremely humid environments or when I'm just straight up being blasted by water, and lets me stay protected when debris is flying which is the more important thing.

Not at all inconvenient to carry it with my PPE and add it to my helmet when I'm expecting to be hit in the face at work either. I could see some risk in improper storage resulting in eventual reduction of visibility, so storing it with a microfiber cloth or something might be a good idea.

Looks very Cool

You need a bit of dexterity and patience to get it installed onto your bump helmet but after that it seems to work well. After testing it out for a little bit it just fell off as I didn’t get the attachments just right as it doesn’t come with directions specifying how many inserts are needed for whatever size you have. You will also need a counter weight, which I have just placed an order for, otherwise your forehead will have some pressure on it which will give you a headache after a long time of wear. So far I’m pleased and it looks very cool and seems like it will protect my eyes as intended.
