Hello Lucas, inspecting your order you chose Priority Mail and the packaged was shipped as such. We know how frusterating it is with the main carriers at times, but unfortantley we don't have much control after a package leaves our facility.

Definitely the best I’ve owned. Makes wearing a helmet a lot less miserable.

Honest Review – Great Pads, Underwhelming Packaging

I was really excited to support Hard Head Veterans and had high expectations when I ordered the HHV Comfort PLUS Military Helmet Pads. Unfortunately, my first impression right out of the box was underwhelming.

To be clear — the pads themselves are excellent. They’re sleek, very comfortable, and a great value for the price. In terms of actual performance and comfort, I have no complaints.

What disappointed me was the presentation. The product arrived in a plain box with the pads loosely packed inside — no instructions, no branding, not even any velcro rounds to help with installation. It just felt like there was very little care or attention to the customer experience. I get that this isn’t a high-ticket item, but a little more effort would’ve gone a long way in making the purchase feel valued.

I really wanted to continue supporting HHV in the future, but this has made me think twice. Great gear deserves great presentation — or at least a more thoughtful delivery.

Nice pads, now just need the helmet to go with them. Hopefully it will be shipping soon.

Big improvement for my ops core

My ops core wasn't exactly uncomfortable, but I wanted to try these and I'm glad I did! Way more comfortable. The fit was perfect, it's more secure without having to crank down the dial, and they seem very durable
